What size should I order?

We work with size ranges (37-38, 39-40, 41-42, 43-44). If you're between two ranges, we recommend sizing up, since the shearling interior slightly reduces the interior space.

What are the slippers made of?

An extra-soft, breathable shearling interior, a hand-embroidered design (black and brown), and a non-slip rubber sole made for indoor use.

How do I clean them?

We recommend spot-cleaning with a damp cloth. Avoid the washing machine and direct heat drying - that keeps the shape, embroidery, and sole in good condition longer.

How long does shipping take?

We prepare your order within 24-48h. Once shipped, estimated transit time is 7-15 business days within the United States.

Can I return them if they don't fit?

Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to return them in their original condition, unworn and with tags attached.

Do you ship internationally?

Right now we only ship within the United States. We're working on expanding to more countries soon.

Is my payment secure?

All payments are processed through Shopify Payments with industry-standard encryption. We never store your card details.

Why does Doxiehaus only have one product?

Because we'd rather launch fewer things and do them right than build a big catalog without care. We're already working on the next piece.

Do you have a physical store?
