Shipping policy

Order processing

All orders are prepared and shipped within 24-48 business hours of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery times

Once your order ships, estimated transit time is 7-15 business days within the United States. We currently ship only within the United States. These are carrier estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control (customs, weather, peak-season volume).

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on all orders within the United States.

International shipping

At this time we only ship within the United States. We're working on expanding to more countries soon.

Tracking your order

As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your delivery in real time.

Delayed or lost packages

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, email us at gabrielara922@gmail.com with your order number and we'll look into it right away.

Incorrect address

It's the customer's responsibility to make sure the shipping address entered at checkout is correct. If you spot an error, contact us as soon as possible - once an order has shipped, we can't guarantee an address change.
